Can I book a try on/fitting/styling appointment?

Yes! We offer try-ons by appointment in our studio in Mullingar. To avail of this try-on service, simply book a 30 minute try-on appointment through the calendar on our website. On booking, you can let us know if there is a special event you are renting for and any particular items & what sizes you would like to try on and we can have a selection ready for you.

Please note: A particular dress you wish to try may not be available at the time of your try on appointment if it is out for rent

What is the charge for a fitting/styling appointment?

When booking your try-on appointment, you will be charged a fee of €15. This €15 is refundable if you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours in advance of your appointment start time. If you cancel within the 24 hour time frame, your appointment fee will not be refunded. This €15 fee gets you a 30 minute appointment slot . The appointment fee is not redeemable on rental bookings.

How do I place an order?

To rent a dress, simply follow the below steps:
  1. Browse our collection
  2. Check the availability of the dress you’re interested in through the calendar associated with that item
  3. Add your dress to your cart
  4. Choose to collect your item from our studio in Mullingar or have it delivered to your door by DPD

How long can I rent a dress for?

We offer 4 and 8 day rental periods.

Do you offer next day delivery?

Yes we do, please ensure to place your order by 10am to ensure next day delivery.

Do I need to clean my dress prior to returning?

Under no circumstances should you attempt to clean your dress during the duration of your rental. Doing so may result in a damage charge on returning your item. Our specialised cleaners will take care of any stains - please notify us if you know the source of a stain.

What if I want to cancel my Rental Booking?

Cancellation of orders more than 14 days in advance are fully refundable. Cancellation of orders made within 14 days are non-refundable.

How does delivery work?

We us DPD for our deliveries. Your garment will arrive on the first day of your selected rental period. When your rental period is finished simply return your item in the pre labelled return box and packaging and drop to your local dpd collection point which you can find here: https://shipping.dpd.ie/products-and-services/pickup-shops

What happens if I’m not at home to accept the delivery?

On the morning of delivery, you will receive a text from DPD with a 1 hour time slot. There will also be the option to 'collect from your local DPD pickup store' or 'leave in a safe place'.

Please note: any items left in a safe place are left at your own risk.

How does collection work?

If you choose the option of collecting your item from our studio in Mullingar, your item will be available for collection on the start date of your rental period. Choosing this option means that the item must be returned to the studio on the last day of your rental.

All information regarding collection/return times will be included in your confirmation email.

How does the DPD return option work?

If you've selected DPD shipping, check the box when you receive your item, we'll have sent you a prepaid returns label! Simply place your dress in its original shipping box, stick the returns label on and drop it off at your nearest DPD Drop Point before 12 noon on or before the day you are due to return your item. Please ensure you receive proof of postage from your local drop off shop. If you can't find your pre-paid returns label then please contact us and we will happily arrange a new label to be sent out to you.

My rental period ends on a Sunday or Bank Holiday, how do I return it to you?

If your rental period ends on a Sunday, simply pop it back into your local DPD drop off point on the Sunday as normal. If your rental period ends on a bank holiday and your local DPD drop off point is closed, please post it first thing the next morning.

What if my rental doesn’t fit?

If in doubt about the fit of an item, we suggest you book a try on appointment with us. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue you a refund or credit note if your item does not fit, as it won't be able to be rented out to another customer for your dates now.

How far in advance should I book my dress?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak event seasons. Some styles may get booked out quickly.

What if my dress gets damaged, lost or stolen?

If you do damage your item, please contact us as soon as possible.

We understand that some wear and tear may be inevitable but please understand that if the dress is returned with any kind of irreversible damages, you must pay the full retail price according to the retail prices listed on our website.

The same applies if your rental is lost or stolen.

We reserve the right to pursue up to the full RRP of the item in the rare case where the item is no longer rentable or not returned to us.

What if I’m late returning my item?

If an item is returned later than the day specified on the order, we reserve the right to charge €50 per day if the item/s is late back to us via your credit card on file.
